Stay on Track With the Budget, Plan, and Vision
We always provide free consultation meeting. During that consultation meeting we will discuss your visions and ideas and evaluate the space if applicable. Secondly, we will enter the estimating stage. Once we have had our consultation, we will then be able to formulate the next step, which in most cases is developing an estimate. Usually, our first estimate draft is more of a rough estimate to help determine the budget for the project and to see if we are a good fit for each other.
Thirdly, if our estimate is accepted, we will then move into the contract stage as we develop the fine details of the project, that includes developing a precise total for your project. Once we have enough information, we will present the customer with a full contract and a total price for their project with as many details as possible, at this point we will retain a signature for the contract and select a time in which to start the project. Once construction begins, we will have scheduled site visits with each customer to ensure we stay on track with the budget, plan, and vision.
